Didn't do breakfast early flight. Front desk staff excellent. So was van shuttle driver both stays. This time room 157 alot of loud door slamming outside room and cooling auto wasn't working had to punch continous button then finally cooled room right.

The front desk staff at this hotel is TOP NOTCH. I fly out of NOLA regularly and always stay at this location and leave my car and take their shuttle. I know my car is safe there and they’re always on time with the shuttle. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Only stayed one night to fly out the next day. The shuttle driver was very accommodating. He allowed us to eat a quick breakfast before leaving. Love the ability to use the shuttle and leave our vehicle there. This is our 2nd time staying there.

Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring.
