Perfect place to stay to explore New Orleans, easy walking distance to French quarter. Great for family needing two separate rooms and kitchen. I had a great experience. Location was perfect, walking distance to canal/bourbon st & so many restaurants /stores. Was able to check in early & able to leave suitcases with front desk if wanting to explore which I thought was great. Yes, there are homeless people around the area but no one bothered us & there is a police station right across from hotel. Overall I was pleased with everything! Front desk was warm & welcoming.
