The room was very clean, the check in was easy I did it online beforehand and it took all of 5min in person to get my keys. MJ was great and even walked all the way up to my room to fix the disconnect between the AC/heat and the thermostat. Everything was great, not so much the breakfast but the free airport shuttle makes up for it.

Overall, not a great stay. The good thing is we arrived late and left early. The location is on the other side of the airport, near the old terminal. There’s not much around, and it’s not very walkable. The room felt clean but lacked things you would expect at this price point—no microwave or mini fridge. The hotel itself is dated and sits close to a railroad, with trains passing during the night. Hopefully, you don’t get a room in the back like we did. The free shuttle worked well for us—we only had to wait about 15 minutes. The van was old, but the driver was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t too bad—better than expected after seeing the room. One big plus: the hotel is right across from the car rental center. The shuttle can drop you off, or you can cross one busy street to get there.

The room was clean & newly renovated, and all of the staff was friendly. It was very convenient that the hotel's shuttle for the airport ran every hour on the hour. However, there were two problems. First, there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. At the minimum there should be a fridge. Next, I called the front desk because my tv remote wasn't working. I was told that I needed to charge it with a C charger, which thankfully I had. The hotel needs to provide chargers or get remotes that use batteries. It took about 20 minutes to get a good enough charge so I could watch tv.
