7.4/10 Good! (1,016 reviews)
Room was not cleaned well, and poorly maintained.
Overall staff were careless and they were not organized well.
Breakfast at the buffet was not so good because of poor choices and food was not tasty, and most of the staff were not too friendly.
Beach view was very far away. Beach was poorly maintained, beach chairs had old, broken and dirty cushions.
Entertaining was poor and not so interesting.
This resort is very far away (2 hours drive) from international airport.

The resort is somewhat dated. The staff ate not as welcoming after arrival. Room service, if there is any good left, takes at least 1 hr. If you do not like cats, this isn't the resort for you. We did enjoy our excursion on the Timeless 2 speed boat.
