"This home is lovely. A beautiful retreat. Our plans got put on hold because of the smoke obscuring what we planned to visit, it was fine though because we had a lovely place to return to and relax in. It’s spotless - first time the whole trip I felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floors in a place."

"We had an amazing stay here! It is a beautiful home in a gated neighborhood, tucked away on the river. The property suited our large group of 11 (4 families) perfectly. Lots of room to spread out and do our own thing, or gather together for meals. Loved the games and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. We had some epic game nights including a cornhole tourney in the cul de sac. The early birds of the group enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the river and wildlife. On hot days the house can get toasty. Not sure if it was in the description and we missed it, but the A/C is not whole house. The downstairs stayed cool, but the main level warms up. We pivoted to grilling outside to minimize heat from the stove/oven and it helped immensely. Would absolutely book this again."

"The view is awesome.. The float on the Deschutes from Tumalo park to the house takes about 40 minutes and very easy..Roomy hot tub and my 1st sauna...Deer every day on other side of river and 22 different birds...Wonderful"

"It was a large expansive property with lots of amenities. But you had to drive or walk quite a bit to get around the resort. Not a problem unless you're disabled or unable to walk. When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. I would have loved to have paid for and had a place on the river because in order to see the river which is the main thing at the resort, we had to walk quite a ways from our room and then find chairs in the bar area of currents or on the deck with the diners or walk even further try to find some vacant random tears along the river. Also we were there for four nights so we needed some resupplying of toiletries and things that we didn't bring. So we would go to the front desk where they had a little gift shop with some assorted food and drink things and health and wellness stuff etc. But very very limited and not even toothpaste or not even mouthwash and not even hair products. Yes there was a WinCo grocery store a few blocks away but that meant having to go to our car and get in and navigate to the store and then the store was huge and very hard to find anything so took a long time. Not complaining really just pointing out so you don't get stuck like we did."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but Palla Lane is on another level. The primary suite alone is worth booking — king bed with lake views, a gas fireplace, a soaking tub overlooking the pines, and a private patio steps from the hot tub. Pure luxury. The whole house has an immediate sense of calm the moment you walk in — vaulted ceilings, natural wood floors, beautiful light. After days of hiking and exploring Bend, coming back here felt like a true retreat. The hot tub with views of Tanager Lake under the stars was a highlight every single night. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Central Oregon, don't hesitate."
