"My family had excellent stay here while visiting Rincon. John was an outstanding host and provided great communication before and during our stay. He took the time to share advice and suggestions about nearby activities. John also put out a plentiful and delicious spread for breakfast with a great variety including fresh fruit. The room clean and comfy. Overall, a terrific place to stay."

"We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy."

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...
