"Great location just 400 feet from the beach, stunning views, crashing waves, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time in Rincon! The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with separate spaces and entrances that gave everyone privacy. Property management was very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any minor issues.Note for future guests: Tamboo Restaurant nearby was quite loud on New Year’s Eve and January 2nd, with music/parties until 2 a.m. This is typical around the holidays, but worth mentioning if you’re traveling during that time. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"

"Very clean unit with a beautiful rooftop deck and a small pool shared by 3 units. Directly across the street from the beach. Our unit had a well appointed kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. The local contact Millie was friendly and helpful! We will be back "
