"Great hotel with great amenities! We used the pool every day (bring rubber sandals if you want to use the pool). Staff was great, room was clean and a good size. The gym was disappointing. They only had about 20% of free weights. The cardio equipment and unniversal weight machines were poorly maintained."

"The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm."

"The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."

The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a long day exploring the area. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and high-quality options, and everything was well prepared. The pool area was also fantastic, very relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable hotel experience near Lake Garda."
