"This resort was beautiful. Not what I had expected, so much better. The rooms are spacious, good size balcony and would also be ideal for a long term stay, equipped with kitchenette and plenty of storage. The resort features a huge pool area with ample seating. The lake is clean, no beach sand, but that does not take away from enjoying a day at the lake. Restaurant on site is good, breakfast buffett is excellent to start your day. "Staff were approachable and knowledgeable. Breakfasts delicious and plentiful. Pool area could have been bigger but it was a pleasure to be out there in spite of the intense heat. There was some construction work going on next door to the hotel but it was not intrusive. Excellent place to connect to other cities too with excellent rail services. Loved this stay in such a beautiful part of the world."

"This location is excellent, and the hotel is clean. Definitely check out Easy Boat Rentals - they let us rent a boat for 8 all day and play on the lake! It was a highlight of the trip. Lots of good shopping and eating very walkable."

"We had a wonderful five nights, staying in two rooms as a family. We had views of the lake from our rooms; the highlight was eating breakfast with wonderful views. The staff were very helpful - my son and I were able to play tennis at the local club which was fun! The bar was lovely in the evenings, with pool and table football available. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it was ideally located for the beach, shops and a fabulous choice of restaurants. I highly recommend this accommodation!"

"Clean room, got upgraded to a larger room which the staff did not have to do for us so we appreciated that as we stayed for 7 or 8 nights. Restaurant downstairs was really nice, they were a bit strange about where you had to sit specifically if you were only drinking and not eating though..."

"No issues at all except: the Breakfast The hot items were never hot even when just brought out. the egg looked like it had ben blended, then baked and chopped up roughly, not a good example of scrambled egg They did however keep all the food stocked up, even allowing latecomers to eat which was good as it was a very busy breakfast area We were here 5 nights and breakfast was quite boring They had the essentials but the quality of the hot food we felt was a lot lower than an independent hotel we'd just stayed at. Location was very good for Venice and trainstation, unfortunately Mestre train station does attract quite a few beggars and other dodgy characters, and doesnt feel as safe as other areas every time I was outside smoking someone came up to me asking for money for gas or a cigarette However this is not the Hotels fault and just how this area is"
