Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great area that was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic and worth it. A bit out of the main town and about a 20-30 minute walk to cafes and shops but there is a shuttle to the train station/town for €5 per person. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Nice resort
Great for a family with toddler. Great location, nice atmosphere, well run, locely staff... would highly recommend the ebikes. Only negative we had a superior 1 bed apartment and stayed for 4 nights. There was no cleaner during our stay, with little goods to clean the apartment makes it a little diifficult

This is a nice property for a family holiday but a good 3 stars and not 4 stars as advertised (not even close). Staffs are friendly, food choices are limited, especially for breakfast, and always scrambled eggs and bacon as warm options and nothing else! They offered us a room which was supposed to be a lake view but it was the garden view and you could have a glimpse of the lake if try very hard! The bathroom is basic and the shower drain was blocked and flooded the whole bathroom on day one! It is ok overall but don't expect a 4 stars hotel room.....

Perfect place to stay on the lake
4 night family break. Staff extremely helpful before and during our stay. Beautiful setting with excellent mobile accommodation. Very Covid aware. Could not recommend more highly.

Ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo con una sorpresa, un upgrade nelle suite mobile home appena inaugurate. La “casetta” è davvero ben organizzata con salotto, cucina con penisola, camera, cabina armadio e bagno con doccia molto spazioso. Ci sono finestre su ogni lato ma quella che regala il panorama migliore è la porta finestra che si apre sul patio a bordo lago. La vista del lago alla mattina direttamente dal letto già vale il viaggio. Dettaglio piante e fiori veri e non di plastica. Nella bella stagione il patio sicuramente regala spazio per colazioni e aperitivi impagabili. Ottimo e grande parcheggio. Ci hanno chiesto di notare qualche “difetto” per poter migliorare l’esperienza: un paio di strofinacci per la cucina, qualche pentola in più, un cestino per la cucina e da migliorare l’oscuramento della camera per chi dorme proprio al buio. Super consigliato.

Prachtige locatie, deftige accommodatie, mooi uitzicht, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het restaurant van de accommodatie is zeker in orde: het ontbijt is netjes verzorgd. Het is een buffet maar het personeel bedient je, dit zorgt er voor dat er niet "gehamsterd" wordt en dat alles hygiënisch verloopt. Het avondeten in het restaurant is zeer lekker. Ik logeerde in een stacaravan/bungalow, mensen die groter zijn dan 1m90 kunnen hier wel wat ongemak ondervinden. Gratis parking is een enorm pluspunt! Ik heb er zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar er waren veel fietsen beschikbaar om te huren, wat wel handig is in deze streek.

Die Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Badestrand war traumhaft schön. Das Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lange nicht mehr so verwöhnt worden.

Overbooking. Problema risolto adeguatamente ma non senza inconvenienti (doppio check-in e check-out, alloggio alternativo senza vista lago). Mi sarei aspettato una compensazione (per es. bibite cena offerte)... Per il resto tutto molto bene.

Bra omgivning
Hotellet ligger bra till vid vattnet Gardasjön och omgivningen är fantastisk. Rummen är inte i toppskick dock och mat och service på restaurangen var av klassen sämre. Maten var medioker men personalen kändes inhyrd från en biljardhall eller nåt.

Bel posto sul lago
Posto molto bello, direttamente sul lago. Ampia scelta di servizi. Cani ben accetti dovunque e servizi dedicati. Bella piscina con servizio di salvataggio sempre presente. Discreto il ristoranti per la colazione e la cena, con l'accortezza di arrivare presto prima che ci sia troppa gente. Parte del personale, forse con poca esperienza, deve migliorare. Comoda la possibilità di avere appartamenti con angolo cottura con il servizio ristorante o i pasti da asporto. Comunque in generale il posto merita, davvero molto bello ed in posizione stupenda, molto verde ben curato. Il centro di Desenzano dista 20 minuti a piedi.
