Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Do not book here. 15 minutes after checking in the electricity went out. It was only this apartment not the building, we checked. We spoke to someone from their customer service and they asked us to send a picture of the electrical panel. Nothing was off so it was just not working. they just say they will make a report of it and someone will get back to you. No one does & after an hour we decided to leave. They are refusing to give me back my money. How can you rent a place that has electrical issues like that. This listing should be removed.
