Located in Desenzano del Garda, within a residence with swimming pool and shared tennis court, apartment with balcony for a family holiday or group stay for up to 3 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV and open-plan kitchen. From the living room, through a French door, you access the private balcony equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and lunches in the open air and moments of relaxation. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and balcony overlooking the residence garden. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed and a small wardrobe. Through a French door you access the balcony shared with the other bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.



*The condominium swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September, from 9 am to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who will be able to practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing. This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting corners, starting from nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The residence is located approximately 30 minutes by car from Verona airport and 10 minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda station.
