The large and furnished balconies allow you to fully enjoy the view, perfect for slow breakfasts or for admiring the sunset in total tranquility. Inside, the spaces are bright and well distributed: three comfortable bedrooms, a panoramic living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a practical second service bathroom. Guests have access to a small covered garage and numerous free parking spaces around the residence. The location is ideal: in just five minutes on foot you can reach Lake Garda, the Desenzano lakefront promenade and the nearest beach. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with the first supermarket just a few minutes' drive away and the historic center full of groceries, delicatessens and bakeries. A perfect apartment for those who want to experience Desenzano enjoying a very special view of the lake every day.
