"We booked a 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Up on checking in we were told they don’t have our request room, only 1 king bed and pull out sofa bed. Went to our room after 30min of unpacking and settling to get ready for bedtime, the ceiling was covered with so many misquotes, we couldn’t believe it. We had to move to a different room. The sofa bed so super uncomfortable my kids complained all night. Their mattress was super thin and felt all the hard metal rods. Everything was outdated and old. Other than those issues, staff was great. Breakfast place was really good. I don’t think we’d stay here again."
