"I love everything about this Hotel, very clean, very friendly for majority of the Days me and my friends were treated very good, the staff at the restaurants are very amazing especially Dalia on the main Buffet in the mornings, Manuel at the Asian restaurant at dinner! A young man Alvarez at the steak house, their service and attention to the detail! Thank you so much! The room was very clean each day! Except our last day at the Restaurant Krystal, the person at the door Omani or Amani I don’t even want to remember ! he give us very bad service we mention the situation to the manager at the lobby, but not much done, is like making a complaint so nobody will listen. What’s the point! Other than that it was very good! This is the 2nd time we comeback and we love it! "

"The place was excellent. Clean and spacious and rooftop setup was sweet. Host communicated great on Whatsapp. I will say this, the concierge at the Copala clubhouse need to step up their game - zero enthusiasm and kind of just seemed like we were a bit of a nuisance to them.With that said, the hosts were wonderful and we just used the concierge down at Pueblo Bonito Sunset because they actually seemed to care!"

"Our family of 10 had an amazing stay at Casa 66 in Copala @ Quivira. The home is decorated beautifully & has everything you need for a weeks stay. The backyard is private with ocean views & a nice evening breeze. We felt safe in the community and had privacy in our home. The host provided all the information needed to plan our stay and the concierge staff was so helpful in planning excursions & car service. We rented a golfcart that was delivered to our home for the week & arranged a car service to drive us into town & the airport. A private party on a yacht was arranged for my son’s 18th birthday. We had 3 generations of family with us and it was an unforgettable week! "

"House was great, great views. Seems very new. Rooms and beds were generally nice and comfortable. Diamante was a nice resort, somewhat hard to get in and out of as you can't call ubers to the house, but Diamante can call shuttles to your house which is easy, just more expensive. Only issue was we were missing 2 queen beds in the 4 queen bedroom, but I am certain this will be resolved prior to the next guest visiting, be sure to check this though if you will be needing the beds. Everything else about the listing is accurate and exceeded expectations. FYI, to heat the hot tub is an extra charge which is not listed on VRBO. "
