Absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly staff in all areas - 5 stars for them!! Food venues were good for the most part, and the very best was 48th and Crepe, with absolutely delicious crepes! Points off for the room itself... Although very clean, none of the USB charging outlets worked, or at times only provided a trickle. This made it very difficult to keep our phones and other items, including my husband's hearing aids, our phones, watches, etc. charged to be able to use. We had to find places in other resorts or venues to charge, and finally bought a portable power brick to carry around with us. For the amount paid for our room, these charging outlets most definitely should have been working in our modern world.
