"Great property for a summer reunion. We had lots of fun in the pools and enjoyed having a quiet house and one that could be loud. Had a few problems with the air conditioning not working at 61, but it didn't ruin the trip. The pools at the condos weren't cooled but we still enjoyed the one in 61 (62 was not clean). The dishwashers wasn't working and it started leaking under the sink in 61. Hopefully they will get those things fixed. We still had a great time!"

"We had the family there and the kids loved the pool. The adults liked the hot tub. That was the highlight of the trip. It was clean and well kept and everything was amazing. It was fun to be there. Communication was fantastic. That was quick response and good too answer all our questions."

"The host was very helpful and communicative. The location of the property is good for keeping an eye on the pools and for vehicle access from the street. The property was well-maintained and clean. The house is spacious for large groups of people. The only two critique that I have is that the house is listed as sleeping 24. There are a total of 12 beds; 8 of these are full-sized bunk beds (where two people could sleep in each), and 1 of these is a sofa pull-out sleeper. The listing is not misleading and clearly discloses the number of beds, but most people aren't going to expect to share a bed unless they're a couple."

"It is a nice property. Great for family’s. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job before our arrival. Also there was a mountain of hot stinky garbage left in the front yard by the previous renters. I cleaned it up right away without much trouble but I was surprised the cleaning crew left it for us."

"We had a family reunion with 25 people and loved this property! Plenty of room for everyone, and it was very clean when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was super convenient. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were all very spacious and well furnished. Lots of different gathering areas, tons of seating, huge kitchen island for preparing meals, extra fridge/freezer in garage, large bbq grill, large capacity washer/dryer and tons of towels for pool. Speaking of the pool, this was the highlight of our week, kids and parents alike absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed the putting green, balconies, fire pit and the nearby (across the street) water slides and lazy river. There was easily enough parking for our 6 vehicles, and the home is conveniently located near grocery and restaurant options. The hot tub didn’t work great, but the owner was very responsive by text. The pebble ice machine wasn’t working and the bikes are out of commission and should be removed from the listing ad. Overall we were very pleased with this property and would love to stay here again!"
