"We were surprised and excited to have the washer and dryer in our unit. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was prompt and courteous. Fun little addition was the QR codes to hikes in the area and how to get there on the key cards. We tried one and loved it."

"When we got to the house it was very dirty. The countertops had food crumbs all over it, the door knobs were sticky, and had black on it, the floor hadn’t been swept, a lot of dishes were dirty in the cupboard, and the blankets were very dirty. We had to do a lot of cleaning when we got there even though a cleaning service came in. The pool was awesome though!! The property manager was very quick to communicate when we needed something! I would stay in that neighborhood again, just not that house. "

"House was great for a large group. Clean and organized. Could use the carpets cleaned. Pool was great! Hot tub had some jets not working but was able to use. Overall we had a great time and plan to return. "
