Positives: eatery with great choices, chocolate factory, room rate, friendly staff Negative: cleaning staff need to take time to thoroughly clean and inspect. The large dead insects in the light fixture were a huge turn off. Don’t know exactly what they were but there were a lot of them.

My partner Chris and I absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! From the moment we checked in, it felt like we stepped into a curated vibe—modern, stylish, and laid-back in the best way. The staff was super friendly and made everything feel seamless. The room? Immaculate. Spacious, clean, and designed with personality. We appreciated the separate vanity area, cozy bed, and tech-savvy lighting controls. We spent time at the pool and loved the energy—chill but still upscale. The resort pool was a whole mood: great food, great cocktails, and the ambiance was everything. It’s giving luxury without trying too hard. Location-wise, we liked that it was close enough to the Strip for fun, but tucked away enough for rest when we needed it. We didn’t miss the chaos one bit. If you’re traveling as a couple and want something that feels modern, thoughtful, and just plain cool—Virgin is it. We'll definitely be back!
