Professional Accommodations

It was a pleasure staying at this property, and most comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very functional and had most of what you would need for everyday-type cooking. The apartment was nicely decorated, and the bed had a solid mattress. I believe most professional and medical personnel would be quite happy with the accommodations, and as indicated, it was an easy and safe walk to CHOC. We would definitely stay here again when we visit.

35th Anniversary getaway

This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare our meals. The immenities were impressive to say the least. We didn't take advantage of them or the pool/jacuzzi like we planned, but we did enjoy the BBQ. We would love to visit again in the future. futureiinGutierrez

There was nothing luxury about this place. I checked in because I needed to be close to the hospital as I was having a surgery and wanted a comfortable place to recover. Unfortunately my stay was a nightmare the neighbors upstairs played basketball with their Dog all day and had furniture throwing parties almost nightly (at 4 o’clock in the morning.) There is a strip mall adjacent to the apartment and the semis start unloading deliveries at 5:30 AM, and are followed by Truck after Truck on most mornings. The place was not as clean as expected. The pillows were stained. Carpet was dirty, several cushions needed cleaning. Some towels were stained, and furniture is cheap (from IKEA). A shelf was duck taped.? I couldn’t leave the balcony door open (for fresh air) or gnats would invade. Also ….. remember that whenever you stay near a hospital (2 hospitals in this case) you will hear sires screaming people into the ER at random times. Very sure Joni Mitchell would not want to be associated with this place. James VRBO manager was not available to answer questions prior to my arrival and when we finally spoke he hung up on me. He sent a email saying he was going to refund the security deposit 💸 but haven’t received it. I feel like it was false advertising and was taken advantage of. I stayed longer than I should’ve but was too weak from surgery to pack and find other accommodations.

Nice location but missing items

The condo was very clean and had wonderful amenities. It was in a great location. But it did not look just like the pictures. We were also told the couch pulled out to a queen but was it was only a little larger than a twin. This condo can only really sleep three adults or two adults and two fairly small children. The kitchen and bathroom was also pretty sparse and missing some normal kitchen and bathroom items.

Wonderful relaxing apartment

James was great with helping us coordinate our stay. The apartment was perfect for me and my wife. Very clean, great aesthetic, and very well stocked (kitchen/ bathroom). Will definitely stay again.

Modern and clean in Orange

This property was perfect for our needs. The check in process was a little complex but instructions were clear and we had no problems. Plenty of room for the two of us and very clean. Newer building. Would come back!

Convenient location next to freeways. Safe and clean property. We especially enjoyed the foosball table and the court yard area.

Wonderful Stay

Location was great. It was close to Main Place Mall, restaurants, and freeways. With specific directions from property manager, it was so easy to find parking, apartment, trash, and pool area. Since most places are closed due to COVID, it was nice having the option to go to the pool area. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and other items. Overall, it was a wonder stay. I would definitely come here again. If you are coming here with more than one vehicle it is difficult finding parking. There is no extra parking spot, no street parking.

Love the location

With COVID restrictions it was a bit annoying making pool reservations. Great walking area with the mall a block away. The unit was exactly the getaway we were looking for, spacious, clean, quiet and your own out door area for coffe and cocktails
