"Picked this spot for the pool and that it had a cool Tiki Bar. Super disappointed that we were told the pool closed at 8 because there was no lifeguard... It was literally still light outside and there wasn't a lifeguard all day! Figured at least we had the Tiki on site. Expensive drinks in a silent, awkward atmosphere. Sad because it has so much potential!"

"Estuve tres noches en ese hotel y nunca hicieron mi habitación, no cambiaron ni repusieron las toallas ni hicieron la cama ni absolutamente nada en mi habitación.Además, el aire era viejo y anticuado, y cada vez que encendía y apagaba hacía un ruido horrible que no permitía descansar bien. Las almohadas horriblemente duras, como si fuera poco el elevador no servía, así que tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras. . En fin fui con una expectativa mucho más alta cuando reservé este hotel, ya que me parecía un hotel moderno y con muy buena ubicación, pero realmente le falta muchos detalles por mejorar.."

"This property was so nice! So close to the beach. Very clean. Good supplies for bathroom, kitchen, etc. Kitchen was great, although we didn’t need all that. Supplies in there were great. Bigger refrigerator than I thought we would have. Had a stove, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. It was said to be a studio. Small room but they decorated it so it didn’t so much appear that way. They had two pools but the one tropical one was great! I would definitely go back."

"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, One girl at front desk quite rude. Everyone else lovely. Music too loud at tiki bar!"

"Embassy Suites Sarasota exceeded all expectations. Housekeeping was exceptional, keeping the room immaculate throughout my stay. The team at the 8th‑floor restaurant and bar deserves special praise — great service, great energy, and genuinely welcoming people. I’d gladly stay here again."
