601C is a Gorgeous 2 BR with Boat Slip

  • Step inside this chic Harborside condo locate at Dolphin Point.

    This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the sixth floor at Dolphin Point and can sleep 6.

    601C offers a boat slip for an additional daily fee. Holds up to a 34 foot boat. Slip has power and water, no lift. Boat slip fee can be removed if you are not bringing a boat.

    The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook a full meal with the provided cook and bakeware. Stainless steel full sized appliances allow for you to eat in every night if you’re looking to stay in after a spending time at the pool or beach. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax on and enjoy the large flat screen TV.

    The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and Twin extra-long murphy bed bunks. The guest bathroom is close by an has a combination tub/shower.

    The spacious Master bedroom has a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk in shower.

    The condo has a large balcony and offers multiple views of the beautiful Destin Harbor. Condo has a washer and dryer. Dolphin Point has a strict occupancy and 2 car parking limit. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed. The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would for sure stay again. The place was clean and the pictures didn’t do much justice, it was very attractive walking in. The location was perfect for us stores and eatery were all close by as well as our crab island adventure. The outside doors makes it suspect lol but what’s on the other side was gorgeous and made us at ease. Thank you and I look forward to staying here again.
