  • 1st Floor, THREE BEDROOM, TWO BATH. King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, Queen Size Bed in 2nd Bedroom, Two Double Beds in 3rd Bedroom. No Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. Enjoy the Breathtaking Views and Sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pool View while sitting on the Two Open Balconies.

    Jetty East is currently undergoing center stairwell replacement that could go until June 15th. Elevators and two additional stairwells are available along with a temporary center stairwell while the work is being completed. Work should not impact access to beach or units. Any noise, if not minimal, will not be a constant and is only permitted Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please message host for more details if needed.

We had a great time!Great location with Great views of the beach. Convenient to resturants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Very clean and well maintained condo. Very roomy. Plenty of seating. Large dining room table. Plenty of cooking ware, plates and silverware. Pool and jacuzzi is a plus. Fixes or Improvements.So your listing says you have 2 kings, 4 double beds and 1 queen bed. The actual amount is 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 double beds. This made our sleeping situation difficult. I picked this rental due to the amount of beds stated in the description. King mattress needs replacing. Way over due. The light switches are all connected incorrectly in different areas. Flipping switches that don't work or turn on a light or electrical plug across the room. Some light switches were removed. The low water flow out of the kitchen sink faucet. It might have calcium deposit inside the faucet head. Suggest Soaking the faucet head in CLR. Shower heads need to be soaked in CLR to remove the calcium deposit so the water flows out instead of spraying or spend 5 on a new shower heads.With these minor fixes, it would easily be a 5 star location. We would comeback easily. This place has a lot to offer.
