Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.

Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Great View!

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved that it had new patio furniture and several options to dine, sit, and relax on the balcony. We really liked the pools and private beach area. Great location to everything. The top floor definitely has the best views.

Awesome!

We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and these guys really made us feel special. We received complimentary drink holders while at the beach with our beach chairs and umbrella. Our room was clean, updated, spectacular view of the beach and a VERY short walk to the beach. Pool area was great, the restaurant across the street was delicious and a short walk from us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Property, with some attention needed

This was a very nice unit. It is decorated nicely, was clean, and has great views. As some of the other reviews noted, the sofa is worn and uncomfortable. Also we had difficulties with the TV and noted Roku remotes but no apparent Roku. The guest room ceiling fan could not be adjusted because there were no attached strings. Also, one skillet is not sufficient to accommodate guests in this unit. Please double check towels and ensure they are clean, I found lots of hair stuck in the “clean towels.”

Beautiful location, needs a few things

The view from this unit is beautiful. It’s an easy walk across the street to the beach. The pool is nice, there is not a hot tub at this property. On the beach the rental chairs and umbrellas take up all of the view and front spaces if you bring your own. There are no beach towels or chairs to use in this unit so you’ll need your own. We had to set up on the 3rd row of seating and it was hard to watch the kids in the water. The unit was fairly clean. I will say that inside the dishwasher was absolutely disgusting and the washer could be cleaner as well. Probably two things that get overlooked. I ended up hand washing any dishes we used to eat because the dishwasher was so dirty and it also did not clean well, probably because of all the build up. I do wish we had access to some type of vacuum to keep the sand up during the week. The TVs in the bedroom could be bigger but we didn’t spend much time watching tv. Most places we have stayed have smart TVs so the kids can watch Netflix or Disney+, these are not smart TVs but they did have a dvd player if you use dvds. The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable to us. Overall we had a great vacation and this was a nice property but a few things could be improved.

AMAZING!!!

Amazing staff, condo was beautiful, the view from the balcony was even better. Located right off the beach, across from a couple restaurants and a Go-cart place, within a mile of a Walmart. The Back porch is right behind the resort, the food was amazing. Very clean, pool was amazing. Need a designated smoking area for those that do smoke cigarettes other than that I have no complaints and can't wait to stay again

The view and the location is amazing. Love the updated kitchen and bathroom. As someone stated in a previous review, the sofa really does need to be replaced. The master bedroom mattress didn’t work for my husband’s back either.

Perfect for our Getaway!

This home was just what we wanted for our trip! Perfect amount of space, beautifully decorated, clean and very convenient location. Appliances were updated, everything was working perfectly. We had no issues with anything. The pool and beach are right there and were beautiful as well. Plus a great seafood restaurant right across the street on the beach. Will definitely stay again next time we come!

Condo is nicely updated. The couch needs to be replaced, The coffee pot is very small. Definitely, not what you normally get in a condo. The fan in the master is very loud. Didn't sleep very well throughout our stay bc of noise..not sure if it was doors being shut or what. There was sand in the shower upon arrival. The view is fantastic.

This is our second time here. Our unit was very clean and ready for us. There were some things that were not working but we just let them go as they didn’t affect our stay. The only compliant I have is the unit is right by the elevator so you hear it ALL day and night and it might be time to upgrade the couch In the unit it is very broken in and hard to get out of.

Sterling shores is in a great location.

I think the grounds of the property could have been much cleaner. Also, the room i stayed in was okay, it needs an upgrade on living room sofas. Looks very dirty. Everything else is okay. With Covid still being a factor needs to be furniture you can wipe down. The sofas are very worn out the fabric.

Beautiful room

We love staying in unit 1009. It is decorated beautifully and the view is amazing! I was extremely pleased with how clean the unit was upon arrival, and I am very particular about cleanliness. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be booking 1009 again in the future.
