Beach Front Condo

This lovely, direct beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms and is on the 6th floor. The entire unit has been refurnished and professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme designed to maximize the ambiance of the incredible beach view. TVs in each bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow-top mattress with memory foam. The second bedroom has a full bed with a soft pillow-top Sealy-Posturepedic mattress. The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the sleeping capacity to 4. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and shower. The second bathroom has a porcelain tub and shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi. Of course, the best amenity is the magnificent gulf view. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Easy, restful, paradise

The location is perfect. Easy drive to all the interesting and fun restaurants. The well designed condo feels like home right away. The beach is right off of the balcony where we watched dophins swimming by. The pool was never crowded and the beach breeze was incredible. The soft white sand never got hot. I wanted to keep walking in it. It seemed to pull the toxins and stress out of my body. I would love to stay in this most peaceful and breathtaking place forever!

Great condo, location and view

Great location. Close to everything. Being 8 stories tall made it much less busy than the larger condos we have stayed at in the past which was great. Check in eas extremely easy and the condo complex was clean and well kept.

Beach view was beautiful, owner very friendly and helpful. Only surprise for us was that beach and pool access required wristbands that were not included and they are $15 each. But would stay at this property again.

Can’t beat location

Perfect space for a small family. The location was perfect as we didn’t have far to tote our belongings. Host was great and easy to get in touch with. Resort itself is a bit strict (no personal umbrellas or beach tents, no drinks within 4 feet of pool.

The condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The pool was clean and family friendly. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The host was so nice and so easy to get a hold of. We are booking for next year with her. The beach was perfect as well. Definitely coming back!

Relaxing

The trip was very relaxing and fun. The weather was awesome (hot)! The property was nice and comfortable. Good places to eat and shop nearby. Absolutely loved the beach and clear, beautiful water. The complimentary umbrella and chairs made it special. The kitchen needed some sharp knives but everything else was great!

Best place to stay

Hands down this place was awesome from the moment we walked in. The cleanliness was perfection. The view was spectacular words can’t even describe it. The listing was accurate to the T!!! I highly recommend this place. The owner was very helpful and responded fast. We definitely will stay here again. We did not want to leave. The beach was just a few short steps away which helped with a toddler. You have everything you need in this condo!!

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did have the inconvenience of arriving in Florida after booking the condo months in advance only to find out you have to be 25+ years old to stay in this condo, although being listed at 18+ for renting. This did put us in a panic and we had worries we would have no where to stay. The owner was very good with communication and helping us as much as she could. The condo itself was very nice with a beautiful view of the beach. The TV was broken and there was a hole in the master bedroom closet. The owner was aware of these damages and they were still left unattended. The master bed did have a large amount of sand in the sheets that was there before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay but there were many inconveniences that we came across.

Condo needs upgrading

We loved Destin! The view from the balcony was breathtaking every single day even if it was cloudy and windy. The condo was just the right size for us. The king size mattress was “tired.” Uncomfortable. Noisy. The master bathroom fan did not work. There is no storage in the master bath for any makeup or personal items. Maybe a small, taller shelf would be nice. The dryer was very noisy. And the wall plug-ins in the living room were loose so unable to use. The kitchen was perfect. I had everything I needed to prepare a couple meals. Thank you for a nice time on our first retirement visit and stay in Destin. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was great and prime location for everything. The glass views from the balcony were amazing and we got to see dolphins every morning. Property was centrally located, close to everything. The beach views was amazing! There was a little hiccup with housekeeping, but it was resolved quickly and no big deal. The host was extremely accommodating.
