Located in the quaint beachside village known as Crystal Beach, Cabana Club B303 is situated off the beaten path on Scenic Hwy 98. Nestled among the pastel colored bungalows and picket fences, Crystal Beach has a nostalgic Nantucket feel, but with sugar white beach and emerald waters. One will likely not find many oceanfront views like that of Unit B303 of Cabana Club. It is conveniently located within a mile of Destin Commons where one can shop, see a movie, dine, and enjoy many activities. Several favorite beachside restaurants are within walking distance along the beach.

With only 4 floors, Cabana Club is a low-density, low-rise condominium, which means more privacy and no crowded beaches.

The design includes an expanded kitchen, added bunk area, 2 full baths and many high tech upgrades. Every custom designed detail of the unit was created with the intent to enhance, not compete with, the beauty that lies before it. Blessings abound for renters, including the ever changing crystal green waters, sugar white sand, dolphin watching, breathtaking sunsets, and much more.

B303 has keyless entry, thus no key to pick up or worry about. USB outlets in several key places for convenience. Free WiFi. Smart TVs with Cox Cable in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Sleeps 5. King size bed in Master Bedroom, bunk area in hallway and sleeper sofa in Living Room. Large Master Bathroom with glass door shower, full Guest Bath with shower/tub combo.

House Rules & Beach Access

We are happy to have you as our guests! Below are our “House Rules” which we ask that you respect. Please take a minute to read them; ask us questions about any you don’t understand.
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00

Non registered visitors will not be permitted access to the property at any time.
We do not do long term rentals. Maximum stay is 8 nights.
Refrain from throwing any items over the balcony railings.

Refrain from leaving your underage children unsupervised in the units or in the common areas of the property.

Remember that only registered guests (no more than 5) are permitted to stay in the unit. One parent/guardian for every 3 children!

LUGGAGE CARTS ARE NOT ALOWD IN THE UNIT! Please return carts when finished.

Remember that excessive noise after 10:00 PM can result in your eviction and loss of deposits.

Remember that the legal age for drinking alcoholic beverages in Florida is 21 years.

Remember that adults who supply alcohol to minors can be arrested (fined and/or jailed) and evicted from the premises.

Do not drop bags of ice on tile. You may do so in parking lot or outside concrete.

REMEMBER THAT THIS UNIT IS OUR HOME. You are responsible for any damage done while you rent the unit. Please take care of it as you would your own home!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with amazing Gulf views

We enjoyed the condo, worked perfectly for us and had everything available to make the accommodations top notch. Loved sitting on balcony people watching and listening to the waves! It was an easy/close access to the beach as well. It was our first time to Destin, the Emerald Coast did not disappoint!

Exceptional!

The property presents as well-managed and maintained. The unit is tastefully decorated and shows dedicated attention to detail. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils; baths have ample linens. To add, the location is superb for beach walks, expansive ocean views and proximity to restaurants and shopping. It checks all the boxes for a first class stay and we look forward to another visit.

Great Family Vacation

Brett replied quickly and was very helpful. Once your there everything is set up so it's easy to navigate. There is more room then you would think by the pictures. The door is great for beach fun and quick access to restaurants.

Wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had no issues and the unit was exactly as advertised. Great location, beach wasn't overcrowded and location provided easy access to many restaurants and activities. We will be back for our next visit!

Perfect Setup and Location

We have stayed in several beach condos and this was our favorite. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach access is perfect and wasn't very busy, even during peak time. We plan to come back!

Great condo!!

The check in process was super easy and the owners even allowed us to check in early since we were there and it was already clean and ready. They were very responsive before and during our stay. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The location was great and close to nice restaurants/shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect vacation

This condo is what every young, small family dreams of! It is right on the beach, 5 minute drive to grocery store and shopping, and the perfect layout for the beach! Kim and Brent did an AMAZING job designing this condo. It is “minimalistic” yet having everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed during your vacation. We will definitely be coming back!
