Beautiful Brand New Beach House-Private Pool-Sleeps 12

  • SeaSplash in Kokomo Cove: This beautiful, Fully Renovated Beach House is excellent and so close to the beach. The house is the 1st house on the left off old Highway 98 on Sunfish Street in Kokomo Cove. You literally come out your front door and cross 98.

    This is the perfect place for you and your family (or friends) to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Destin. The owner spent over a year gutting and completely re-doing this amazing home. The private pool is lovely, and the porches on both floors are just right.

    This house has everything! Sea Splash is beautiful and full of charm… from the hardwood floors to the unique furnishings and decor, the tongue-and-groove whitewash ceiling, and the private back patio and pool area. You’ll want to spend lots of time on the front porch, rocking in one of the wooden rockers, which gives an immediate feeling of relaxation.
