Great location

Location was great needs some repairs and there should be a table and chairs on the kitchen deck outside the picture of the property showed table and chairs but it wasn’t there when we were there it might sleep 20 people but it doesn’t seat 20 people only 8 chairs

Amazing Spring Break this place was set up perfect for our three Families.

I would like to say our stay and experience was amazing from the beach house to the beach we had an amazing experience thank you. The pool was heated when we arrived it was perfect. Bella Veda was as advertised beautiful and spacious and across the street from the beautiful beach. We will be back soon thank you♥️

Absolutely breathtaking

This property is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. We had all the supplies we needed to cook for our family. The home is very spacious. We never felt cramped while on property. Management was responsive to my emails in regards to a few small maintenance issues that didn’t effect our stay but could the next group. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Nice Location and Huge House

Really nice location, close to the beach, neat ability for the kids to fish from the back yard, cool that it is so close to the Crab Trap restaurant. During the first half of our stay the people next to us were quiet but the second half the people that checked in were very loud way after the quite time and two of the rooms in our house were next to their pool area. This is not the fault of the property group or home owner.

Spring Break

This property had a great location in reference to the beach. Plenty of bedroom space. It could use a good deep cleaning, as well as some updating (there were trim and baseboards missing, marks on the walls, etc.). The pool was cleaned during our stay and we were not told to keep the water level up. The skimmers quit working and in turn the heater stopped heating the pool for a day.

Beach Vacation

Everything was really great. But there are a few things to note. The condition of the property was just ok. There were several things that needed repair and maintenance. The gate code to the neighborhood was incorrect. We asked about some things like a crib and high chair and was told i neededto contact a rental company, but when we arrived, we found these items already there. Which would have been great to know. All in all we had a great weekend and would return if they repaired a few things.

We are a group of 10- women, who look for a beautiful house near or on the beach in Destin, Florida annually. The house was beautiful online but did not meet our expectations upon arrival. There were more than 15 blinds missing on the second floor, and the level 3 deck was the most disappointing. Furniture was old and torn, rusted and the hole at the entrance to the deck made it unsafe for us. House sleeps 20 people but was not prepared for 20. This house needs a serious upgrade.

That view!

This home was breathtaking!! The views from the kitchen were breathtaking! Words won’t do it justice. Hubby and I enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop deck. The open floor plan was perfect for our family. Every room was super spacious. Two of them, right off the back deck. Decor was modern, bright, light. Super comfy, luxurious, and family friendly. The master bedroom is to die for! The swimming pool area gave us sooooo many memories and photoshoot backdrops! The beach couldn’t be any closer for comfort. EVERYTHING!!! Only downside: wanted just a wee bit more security. The bedroom doors leading to the deck were secured with a stick in the door. The back door leading to the patio - only secured by a dead bolt which is concerning bc the back and side property are not gated and open. But, it’s ok bc that neighborhood is extremely quiet. We stay in that area every year and always feel safe. If you’re ok with a lot of stairs, then this house is for you. Overall, we would likely rent again! This house is a winner!

Extremely Poor Quality Rental

Friends and family stayed for a week and the property was VERY disappointing. Holes in Walls, rust and dirty vents, broken umbrellas, wallpaper tearing off walls, light bulbs out, cracking tiles, broken trashcans, broken pool chairs… the list goes WAY on. Beach reunion was only willing to refund a VERY minimal amount (<10%) after we spent a great amount (cannot say specific amount due to review policy). We gave them a chance to make it right after submitting photos… but we wont be staying with Beach Reunion again. 0 stars. This property was very poorly maintained and us “reaching out” to them upon arrival is not realistic to have someone perform renovations during our vacation stay…

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

This home was a good size for our group of 9 adults. The approximately to beach was great. The house description is a little misleading. The 3rd floor is a waste in the hot summer months. At 6am it is unbearable with the sun and there is zero view of the Gulf like the description states. The lake is just OK. The bunk room is just half the garage that has been walled off with an exterior door going to the garage which is only big enough for a golf cart. The down side to this is the door does not seal. There is a gap all the way around the door for the garage heat to warm the room up. Only 1 plug in in this room that claims to sleeps 12 people. The 2 bedrooms with sliding glass doors only have a stick for safety and locking. And no black out curtains for the East facing doors. It gets very bright at 5;15 am. The house needs a serous DEEP cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were very dirty. Looked like the fronts hadn’t been cleaned in years. Every drawer had food or dirt in them and the cabnet fronts were dingy and corroded with food and grime. The base boards throughout the house especially in the bathrooms were gross. The dishes in the cabinet were all dirty. Looked like someone just unloaded a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and silverware. We had to wash every dish we used. Positive thing is our microwave went out on day 2 of our stay and they were very responsive and quick to replace it. We had a brand new one by lunch.

Family Reunion/50th

Our family met up in this home that is beautifully situated (2nd row yet very close to the main gate) and closely located to the beach (3 mins from the beach). There is lots of space on every level, no one felt like they were in another’s space. The basement/bottom floor has three bedrooms with Queen sized beds (comfortable and firm). Two of these rooms have sliding doors that open to the yard/pool area, and two have their own bathrooms). Also, what once was the garage was turned into a bunk room area with 6 Queen sized bunk beds! Main floor has a King sized room/suite. All this to say there is LOTS of space for every family member that came together! The A/C upstairs had a much better flow than one particular basement room and certainly the bunk bed area could do with some central air flow too, yet floor fans were utilized to help. Still,eveyone survived despite this. The home was clean and provided linens and towels were clean as well. Great Views! The upper stairs led to a rooftop with an ocean view. The main floor has a wrap around outdoor sitting area with views of pool and mini water/lake. Bathrooms were spacious.The kitchen had everything that was needed in regard to utensils and pots despite worn cabinets; no hindrance though. Even though it was necessary to get supplies like extra paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc. it was a small inconvenience. Overall, the house is clearly 4.8 stars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for large families.

The Drayton Fall Break

The house was nice but dirty. Light switches, bathrooms not clean. Floors not clean, Carpet not clean. The TV and internet was a nightmare. The office staff were very responsive. But the house need an overall general cleaning.

Stunning Views

I didn't realize upon booking this proper, just how close it actually is to the beach. I thought it was a ten minute walk, but it was more like 3. The property has views from the master bedroom, kitchen, almost every window looks out on something beautiful. I now have colleagues that want to rent this property because of the pictures that I shared. Such a wonderful experience. Our whole party made memories for a lifetime.

A Perfect Family Vacation

We had a large group of family and friends from Illinois and loved our stay in Destin. The house was perfect, the neighborhood felt safe, and the hosts were very accommodating. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the location – amazing to be on the pond and a quick & easy walk to the beach, which was very family friendly. The Crab Trap provides a fun beach access with a playground for the kids and an easy-access restroom. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Destin 2020 COVID Getaway

My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vita. The views are amazing and location is great. We love staying in Destiny community when we come. This is the first time in this house and over all we liked it. A few low points is the bunk room is small and has an odor like the garage and the bathrooms need a little updating. I think the bunk room just needs a dehumidifier as it appears it was part of the garage converted to bunk room. The boys loved the bunk beds though. A major high point was that ANY issue we had was addressed immediately by property manager. The people at Beach Reunion had excellent customer service. I can’t say enough about the ladies I dealt with there. I would defiantly stay at this house again. I recommend this house and actually have friends that want the info after seeing some of my photos.
