Guests will enter into a common area where the property is separated into two units, 201A and 201B. Located on the ground floor, there is no need to take an elevator to get to the unit to unload, groceries or unpack. You can park and unload right outside the door, then permanently park your vehicle in the garage below. The building also includes a pool, fitness center and delicious onsite restaurant, Staci's on The Beach, so you can grab take-out and a margarita on your way to the beach. Does it get any better?

From the shared entrance with 201A, 201B is the unit to the right and contains two king bedrooms with two baths.
