Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 8th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; new carpet April 2023
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Additionally, communication with the property manager was timely and responsive. Hope to stay at this wonderful unit at Breakers East during our next visit to FL!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Breakers East many times, and we always find it a relaxing place to settle in and enjoy the beach, the ocean and the overall ambience of Destin.This unit is beautiful, lovely furniture and best of all really good lighting for those who like to read and do crossword puzzles. Comfy beds. Great shower. We have signed up to stay here again next year. I have several suggestions for the new owners. The microwave is rusty inside and should be replaced. The toaster oven did not work so we used the less easy toaster. I would say someone should go through the stuff in the kitchen and discard and replenish. It also needs some dishrags. The broken tiles on the balcony are a real hazard to cause tripping and should be fixed before someone falls. My last suggestion is for the owners to remove their stuff from the master bedroom closet. Although we managed with the hanging rack in the bedroom, we missed the use of the closet.I understand that these are new owners - they have a beautiful place and could make it much more comfortable for the next guests.Breakers East and Your Assistant at the Beach are the BEST!

Look no further for a great stay in Destin! Breakers East is our favorite place to stay in the area. The views are unparalleled and the condos in this building are so accommodating and spacious! The check in was easy and any questions were met with a quick response and resolution. We will be back for sure!

We had a great time, the place was better than the pictures. The corner spot was nice having the light from the side and I love how the deck is furnished. We had plenty of space to all spent most of our time out there. This was not our first stay at Breakers East so we knew we would love the place in general. Something worth mentioning, they have some beach toys you can borrow so you don't need to buy/bring your own. The owner was very responsive and we had no concerns. Already booked again for next year!
