We had a great stay overall. The home was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided.One concern: shortly after we arrived, someone representing the property stopped by unannounced. Although they had asked for our ETA, it was not communicated that anyone would be coming to the property. While the interaction was polite, the visit felt intrusive, particularly as they asked whether our dog was included in the reservation, which had already been disclosed and paid for at booking.On checkout day, we received multiple messages asking whether we had left, including one sent immediately after we had departed. The frequency and timing of the messages felt excessive and made the checkout experience feel rushed.The home itself was great, but clearer communication about the arrival visit and more consideration for guest privacy would have made the stay more comfortable.
