The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

This Accomodation ticks all the boxes, perfect location, perfect view, great space, as well as clean and tidy. I can't say enough good things about this property! Our family enjoyed every second we were there. The only thing that would it made it better is if we stayed longer or never left.

Very nice and clean. Construction was going on during our stay but did not impact us. Walking distance to most restaurants. Would recommend an area for them to hold luggage while waiting for unit to be cleaned. I would definitely go back!

Our family trip was wonderful. The property was exceptional and convenient. The resort was beautiful and the guest portal helped with a lot of our getting around the area and where to go. Definatly look foward to returning in the future.

Our trip got off to a great start when we were able to check in a few hours early, which made things so much easier since we arrived around noon. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the property management was extremely easy to get in touch with, if we needed anything or had any requests. Great view of the water from the 16th floor, and beach access couldn't have been any easier.

Everything about our condo was exactly what we asked for. It was perfect for our family vacation to Destin this year. We will definitely be using this same place again next year. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

The condo was very nice and clean. The ocean view was amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times from the shore. The pools and hot tubs were great. Close to lots of great restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back. Easy to keep a 4 yr old occupied.

The property was very clean and felt very secure. Lots of space for our family of four. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom. Beach was beautiful. There is a traffic light immediately out front of the entrance so leaving to sightsee was much easier because traffic was heavy at times. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The condo was located in a great location with great views. The only thing I had an issue with is the comforter and pillows in the master bedroom. They had an odor to them and had to remove them from the bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! One thing I would suggest is repairing the 1st/2nd bathroom toilet parts they would run continuously master toilet was fine!! And also the washer..sounded like a plane was going to take off…. Other than that everything else was perfect!!

Property very clean and very well laid out. Great for our grown kids and ourselves. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms was very nice. Beautiful view from living room and balcony and Master. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking for a large group. We ate in, mostly. I was worried being on the 16th floor that the elevator would be slow, but it was very fast and very convenient to get to the car in the garage and to the beach. Building seemed very well laid out also. We would definitely go back!

My family and I visited last month (October 2022). The check-in process was easy. I called several times with questions before we arrived because I have never used Vrbo before. There was always a nice, helpful person available to answer my questions. The view is amazing. It was so quiet and relaxing. I look forward to visiting this same property at the beginning of the year. Thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to enjoy your property. Also, this property is very close to shopping and restaurants, some are in walking distance. For future visitors....You will not be disappointed with this property!!!

The condo was overall very nice and plenty of room. It was also very clean. I would highly suggest they replace the dishwasher, it is awful. We just washed all dishes by hand. The front door lock is a little difficult and would be much easier to maneuver if it was an electronic code or keypad. Check in and out process was very smooth.
