Perfect place to stay with a beautiful ocean view and steps away from the ocean. This condo was located on the 12th floor with quick elevators and carts to easily haul luggage. Plenty of room for all guests to sleep with 2 bathrooms. Huge living room/kitchen and laundry was a plus. Would recommend and consider booking another stay here!

The location of the condo was perfect. The unit was set nicely. Oversized couch & dinning table. Bathrooms were stocked of bath towels & the balcony was breathtaking. Only some hiccups but nothing that altered our stay there. Some of the little things were that the floors didn't seemed mopped. Theres a gated entrance & our parking pass wouldn't work so it was a bit of a pain driving in from anywhere. Overall i would definitely book this place again. My kids loved the full sized mattress bunk beds which were super sturdy which i loved!

The only issue we ran into was with the condo security who wouldn’t let the group check in without me being there since my name was on the reservation. Even when offering to send my license and give permission. Otherwise amazing stay.

Destin 2022 thanksgiving trip

The place was nicely decorated except for windows that were covered halfway by plastic and blocking the gulf view. The unit can benefit from more pots and pans and beach towels. The kitchen sink has a leak and the curtains in the master bedroom fell down on its own.
