It’s a nice studio and would stay there again. Would have been nice to already have available in unit - coffee filters for the coffee pot in unit; a roll of paper towels; hooks on wall near shower; toilet paper holder in front or side of toilet ( not hanging on tank at back of toilet - that’s odd!

not what I expected
The code to the door was not right on the paperwork. The code to the Internet was not right, and we could never get it right. Even when I went to the office which had to be the next day, there was a broken picture on the wall which I reported to the office, I thought the condo is in fared a poor shape . The tub/shower you had to step into. It was a large step which they provided a handle, but I think that needs to be put into the description of the property. I had some difficulty getting into it with bad knees and if older people than me, we're staying there, which I know a lot of snow birds stay there it would be much harder and dangerous for a lot of people to get into that shower. The condo was not really well represented in the VBRO description. We love the complex we have friends that owns a condo in the complex and have visited many times so we had no hesitation to stay there but after renting and staying there the weekend I don't know that I would stay again.

Perfect location close to the beach
Condo is just a short walk to the beach and also to the heated pool and hot tubs. Very nice property with restaurants on site and cafes close by. Water taxi service also very convenient for visiting the Destin Harbor Boardwalk.
