Not adequate supplies.
The pictures were accurate. The beach access is NOT close. There is a public access that is closer. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, but no spices. There is limited amounts of dish soap. There is a washer and dryer, but no soap available. There is a keurig and a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. There is only one dish towel and one roll of paper towel. When you are flying, it is not possible to bring all of these items with you. I will not be staying at this place again.

Nice space that just needs a bit of TLC
Good space and layout, but everything was just a bit run down - with a little TLC the property could be brilliant. Half of the blinds were broken, the bed was extremely creaky, and the wardrobe doors wouldn't shut - all things that wouldn't take much to fix. However, my biggest issue was that the Internet kept dropping out every day - which was annoying when I was either working or trying to stream a film in the evening.
Also be warned, this property is on the 3rd floor up some rickety outdoor steps with no lift. I didn't mind, but others might.
On the positive side, as I said, it's a lovely space that is more than adequate for 1 (or a couple). All the appliances worked, the furniture was comfortable, there's a designated parking space, and it's close to the beach and other amenities.

Listing was just a little inaccurate
It was a nice stay , the only thing is the listing wasn't that accurate. We couldn't find the grills that were stated in the listing, it made it seem like they were on the property. Also the beach was alittle further than a short walk and a little hard to locate. Other than that it was a nice place and very quiet!
