  • Construction is currently occurring on Norreigo Point next to East Pass Towers. The gate access to that beach area is currently closed as well as that parking area. This does not impact the complex of East Pass Towers.

This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo has it all: spectacular panoramic views of Destin’s East Pass and the Destin Harbor, comfortable seating around every corner, and located just steps away from the beautiful emerald green Destin waters in the exquisite East Pass Towers condominium complex.

    The kitchen comes complete with full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils to prepare your favorite meal. The living room has a plush couch and two leather recliners, as well as a large HDTV. The sofa even pulls out to a Queen bed to allow the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease.
