East 303 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the third floor, East 303 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 303 is vacation fun on the Gulf of Mexico at its finest!

The dining area offers seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a twin bed, twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Both guest bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Condo was beautiful with so much room, beautifully decorated and third floor was great with no elevator wait times. Beds are great, love the balcony. Check in and out was a breeze. Pool and hot tubs were cleaned thoroughly and daily and Thursday night shrimp boil by the pool was amazing.

Location Location Location!!

Could not have asked for a better location! Beach access was a breeze, pool access was even easier, and no more than a 10 minute drive to any food you could want! This was the ideal spot for my family with 3 kids (ages 2-8).

Wonderful getaway!

This was our first time to Destin. This condo and complex was perfect! My 5 grandkids had a wonderful time on the beach, plus going crabbing after dark! We will return!

Great Stay!

The property was extremely clean and accommodated our group of three friends perfectly. The view was fantastic and we loved the location of the condo. Quick and easy access to the beach. Great parking spot. The condo could use some personal touches but we would definitely stay there again.

Great place - Will return

Ideal location. Unit is close to pool but not so close you can't use your balcony. Wonderful layout. This is one of the best VRBOs we've done. Destin beaches are fantastic, the unit was great, the atmosphere is more family friendly than PCB to the east, close to restaurants, really everything was spot on.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice place, its listed as "completely renovated" but the showers and tubs are old and looks like they tried a tile coating as it was pealing in one shower. Took about 5 minutes to get the showers to produce hot water however the tub was hot right away. Being on the 3rd level was great, and fast access to the garage, pool and beach. The property is currently undergoing repairs and painting on the exterior. Only issue was pain crew blocking off my parking space after I went for breakfast. I was not offered an alternative parking spot in the garage, just direction to park lobby level outside where all the parking spaces were already taken. You need a beter beach rental online portal, I didn't get any receipts and could not make changes to reservations or add any services unless I went down to the booth on the beach and ended up wasting 120 because of this. Great location, we stayed at the resort next to this property last year and the condo was much nicer. The trash shoot is also another great perk with easy access.

Consistently (daily) had to request better location with beach chairs Always assigned to far far left and back row. Folks checking in after us received better placement on the beach.
