2 King Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus bunk beds 1488 sq ft very spacious unit sleeps 8.

This Crystal Dunes end unit is in the PERFECT LOCATION, only steps away from the beach and offers panoramic views. The spacious open living and dining area is an added bonus. Recent renovation includes new stainless appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths to give platinum-rated upgrades to this already beautiful unit.

Because this Crystal Dunes unit is a first floor corner unit, it has the ambiance of a beach home rather than a condo. It is light-filled, having many more windows than the average unit. More windows means better view of the beach! It is the perfect condo for families with children or ideal for couples. Park next to the unit and unload luggage and groceries within steps of the door! No Elevator needed!

Professionally decorated this Crystal Dunes unit features high ceilings and crown moldings. Watch the sunrise from the bay window in the dining area or a spectacular sunset from the living area.

This unit has two (2) master bedrooms with a king bed in each! New sofa converts to a queen size bed and built-in bunk beds in the hallway are ideal for children. Kitchen is large and features four bar-stools. Also a large dining table for six. The spacious living/dining area can seat a group comfortably for conversation in two open living areas.

Destin's most beautiful beach, Crystal Beach , is just steps from the back door. Beach attendants will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs for you daily (during the season March thru October) at no extra charge.

Crystal Clear Waters

The stay was very comfortable for our family of five. Property was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, the warm pool and hot tub, the gorgeous ores from our balcony, and the quietness of the condo complex. Serene and Relaxing getaway!

If you are looking for a place to stay that allows you to escape the busy life back at home, this is it. Waking up to direct views of the turquoise waters, steps away from white sandy beaches, ease of parking, conveniences walking distance away, plenty of gorgeous shoreline if you like to run on the beach, and so much more. Great place

We have stayed in other units in Chrystal Dunes, and decided to stay in a ground level. We were concerned about not having a view, but that was not the case. The Unit was clean, spacious, and very well decorated. We will definitely stay there again in the near future.

Perfect Location

We rented this fabulous condo for a week's stay with my husband, mom, and myself. My mom has arthritis in her hips, so this made it a perfect place for her. Park right next to condo, stairs to beach in front of condo, and such a beautiful view of the ocean. Large living area and kitchen had everything needed. I wanted to take the bed mattress home with me, because it was the most comfortable sleep ever! Already making plans for next year!

Best location on the beach!

This is our second stay in this unit and it is nothing short of paradise! Walking right out to the beach on this end unit is heaven! The free beach set up (two chairs and an umbrella) are perfect. Everything we need in the kitchen is there. I love feeling at home with the Keurig provided. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. If I were buying a condo in Destin, this would be the one. Also, the beach is not very crowded behind the unit. Love the privacy.

Easy beach access

Stayed with my family of 6. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Bunks in the hall were great. A door to shut off the hallway would have been great but got my teens up and moving early;) LOTS of seating in the living room! Plenty of room for all to sit at night. The ease of getting to the beach couldn't have been easier! Being on the first floor and not having to deal with stairs/elevators every time we went back and forth to the beach was key! Place was very clean. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Loved not having to deal with a key to the front door, just used the key pad. The chair/unbrella/table set up every AM was anmazing!!!!! Thank you for doing that, so anppreciated! Only "complaint" would be to get bathroom mats and kitchen mats and a new master bed mattress. The placement of the grill was inconvenient but that's not the owners fault. I would stay at this unit again! So many pluses. A near perfect stay for our family. Everyone's happy at the beach! Everyone's real happy staying on a ground unit on the beach!!!!!
