  • We are located at the Pelican Beach Resort in the Heart of Destin. Directly across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park. Enjoy all 4 Pools in our resort The newest Zero entry pool opened in 2021 located next the beach. Our condo is on the 8th floor in the Terrace Building with awesome views of the Gulf and Harbor. Our building is Beach side which means it does not sit directly on the beach. It is a short 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the sand. No streets or Bridges to cross. Read my reviews! You will not be disappointed!
    We upgraded the living room in 2025 with a new sleeper sofa, chair and rug. Master bedroom furniture was new in 2024. Master Bathroom shower was made into a walk in Shower in 2024. We always strive to keep our place in great condition. We make sure that we spend time there at least 3-4 times a year to make sure that it stays nice for our renters.
    We are Close to restaurants, the grocery store , and shopping. We are a short walk down the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant which sits right on the beach and has great food for the whole family. the Gulf Sports Bar is right next door with plenty of craft beers.

Lovely resort

Highly recommend staying at this unit! The condominium and property were both lovely. The resort is convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Entry onto resort was not as smooth as expected; however, it was a small glitch and only happened the first time. Landlord was excellent at responding to questions!

Destin Oasis

This property is simply beautiful! The views are amazing and the resort is clean and well kept. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was better then home. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

Love the place

This condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. large enough for a family of 5. It has a nice kitchen. 3 minutes’ walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay. The only complaint I had was the beds in the guest bedroom were not as comfortable as the one in the master bedroom.

This was a great location for restaurants and other activities. The condo was nicely furnished and kitchen had plenty of dishes/glasses/cookware. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. It’s not beachfront but has a great view of the water. Beds were comfortable. Shower in master bath had great water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. Amazing view from the balcony and perfect for watching the fireworks without having to deal with the crowds. The beaches were beautiful and we had a great time despite the blistering heat. We walked to several of the nearby shores and the ice cream shop. The only difficulty we had was heavy traffic when trying to turn left out of the resort.

A nice place by the beach. It is equipped with many items to make your stay feel like you have a condo by the beach. Be careful with the chlorine of the jacuzzis, it is too strong and destroyed my brand new swimming suit. My advice: wear an old one and do not stay too long inside. Warm pool, hot sauna and steam room are a plus. I recommend this place.

Great Location

First…. Communication was fantastic! Michelle is very quick to respond to any questions that I had. That’s huge. The location is great as the condo is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. My wife and I ran in the morning. She took advantage of the gym in the building while I ran the sidewalk that runs along route 89. Only a five minute walk from the beach (make sure to reserve your beach umbrella and chairs if needed - online or in person on the beach). Beautiful water. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Overall Great Stay

For the most part it was a great time. Timely and courteous communication with the host (Michelle), beautiful view from the balcony (even if it's not right on the beach) where we spent a lot of time, water pressure was amazing, security was always visible so we felt very safe, ample parking, close to many activities and restaurants. Some updates needed to the guest bathroom to match the master, bed pillows need to be replaced; they are so flat (suggest bringing your own). Don't count on using the sofa sleeper as a bed (the mattress is so thin even my teenager was uncomfortable and just slept on the couch, hand soap in the bathrooms was from the dollar store (i'm not opposed to using dollar store soap, but maybe put it in a nice dispenser so no one knows), only 1 extra blanket, pictures online make the living room look much bigger because 1 whole wall is mirrors so just keep that in mind. Would love to see the owners update the seating in the living room for more comfort. Recliners and a newer couch would be nice. All in all, it was a wonderful week and great weather, so none of the negative comments affected our stay, just suggestions to raise the quality and make even more fabulous for your upcoming guest.

This property was perfect for our family. Sleeping options were ideal and comfortable. Host made sure we had additional pillows & cases, blankets. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for literally any option you might want, even a crock pot. Keurig and fresh drip. Lots of cup/plate selections. Freezer packs in case we needed for beach or pool even. Beautiful view of the ocean and we all spent a lot of time there, day and night. Our property pool was just below us and an elevator ride down. Many times we had that pool to ourselves and that was pleasant. The additional pools are across the parking lot a short walk and near the Tiki hut. We spent time at a side pool over there and enjoyed the pools immensely. The beach was also there near the pools so it was a quick jaunt and thankfully so as it was a scorcher last week. We easily came and stayed for a bit, went upstairs for lunch and then usually got the pool later. Really enjoyed this particular unit due to its cleanliness, and all the updates they’ve made were beautiful. Just really a comfortable place and great location. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
