**Complimentary Beach setup, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day during your stay between March 4th through October 31st**

A 200 unit private resort community that has great amenities including a beachfront pavilion, heated swimming pool and hot tub, two lighted tennis courts and a huge sun deck. And it’s located right on the beach!

Jetty East 110A is a roomy 1 bedroom condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. When you step into this condominium residence you know that you're in a vacation spot designed for families.

Step out onto the balcony and look around. You’ll enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage right here on the bar height table and chairs.

The living area is room and you’ll find a 42” wall mounted flat screen TV with all the cable channels you’ll want. Just the spot for afternoon relaxation. Plenty of room for the whole family.

The open KITCHEN area is well equipped. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The MASTER SUITE has a luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the 38” flat pane TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Destin.

The bedroom along with a pull out Queen Sealy sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to easily sleep 4 comfortably.

INFORMATION ABOUT JETTY EAST
The emerald green waters of the Gulf and the 900’ of running beaches affords you no end to the adventures available – sunning, swimming, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sand castle building, crabbing, playing volleyball at our new net or just kickin’ back. Enjoy the short walk to the Jetty bordering the East Pass where you can fish, snorkel, watch the coming and going of the boats, or just sit and contemplate all the beauty that abounds here.

THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU’RE HERE

Rent a boat and take in the waters around Destin. Take it up a notch and go parasailing. Go snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, or swimming in the sea. Dolphin excursions can take you out for a look at the gulf and most likely a glimpse or two of the dolphins.


Great shopping abounds especially if you're a bargain hunter. Outlet malls will let you bring home some great deals, or for something unique, check out the art galleries and local crafts. For the basics we're just a few minutes to Fresh Market and the WalMart SuperCenter. Take your pick.

Great trip, lovely host

Dee was a very responsive and communicative host, and the condo was well stocked for our stay, as well as with a very comfy bed. Just steps to the gulf, and with a great beach set up too, no need to bring your own chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay, the property is located in a community with nice amenities including a heated pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Beach access is easy and includes beach chairs and umbrella. The host was very communicative throughout the process and provided detailed instructions. Perfect spot for a family get away.

Great place out on the jetty beach

We had an excellent stay. The condo complex was private and everything you could need. The pool was situated adjacent to the beach where you could see the ocean. Parking was abundant and protected by security 24 hours. The condo was clean and well prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on our short trip.

Very nice space

The condo was very cozy and quiet. I thought we would have more of a view of the Beach. The balcony was a little on the tight side space wise. The bedroom was ok wish I would have been more a natural light but considering the bedroom faced the outside space, it was still nicely done. All in I would come back to stay.

A wonderful getaway for a relaxing adult vacation!

We stayed in 110A for a week over spring break & we were thrilled with the condo. For 2 people, it was perfect. Everything we needed was available in the condo - Dee was a great host - We'll go back! Highlights -The pool and hot tub are AMAZING - so warm and can be used any time and weather -Access to the beach is brilliant - it is such a short walk & the view is stunning (make sure you walk both directions...the Jetty to the west is just stunning) - we saw dolphins most days -Loved the tennis courts. One has been converted to pickleball courts - they are super busy with guests and families. No-one else played tennis the whole week except us! -The condo is wonderful - the King bed is so comfortable; very spacious for two - the kitchen had everything we needed including multiple coffee makers and filters (thank you!! we brought coffee with us so that was awesome) & a great welcome package - thank you! A few blips which didn't cause us issues -had trouble with some of the outlets/lighting and a tripped fuse (to get the kitchen light to work, you need to put the switch down and the toggle to bottom); fuse box is in the bathroom. The outlet on the back of the kitchen island wasn't working & the remote for the lights didn't work - no problem, just good to know -Not a ton of places to walk/bike in the near area -Very loud construction beside balcony in neighbouring community (hopefully done soon?) -Only 1 working elevator but being on 1st floor was perfect!

So close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. I’d say it’s about 100 feet from the elevator to the beach. Crazy close! We loved the complimentary beach set up also, which included 2 chairs and an umbrella. We went during spring break but you could never tell! It was so peaceful at this condo and I would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient parking and access to the beach. The beach view was not the best but was able to get there quickly. Being on the second floor made it nice the elevators were being renovated so there was a couple times we didn’t have use of them. Condo was so close to so many places to shop and eat.
