This unit is the perfect beach front, pool side, second story condo in Destin. Your Destin vacation rental is waiting... Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 920 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • One and one-half baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Formica countertop • luxury plank flooring • Living/dining area • Washer and dryer in-unit • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • Coin operated washer/dryer is centrally located at the complex. The condo is roomy and always super clean with everything you need for a great stay. Every room has a beautiful view of the gulf and white sand. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area but we spend most of our time on the beautiful beach that's a short walking distance from the room. It's our favorite place to be!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable Condo . . .

The Condo is lovely, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Neat and clean, comfortable bed, two toilets and a very nice shower. Washer and Dryer in the Unit -- very convenient. Overlooks the pool and just a short walk down two flights of stairs to get there and just a few more steps to the Beach. Wonderful!! Wish we were still there. Condrens of Bourbon, MO

Nice

It was a nice place to stay. Right on the beach and clean. Only negative was the kitchen utensil supplies. They were quite meager. No spoons to cook with. No pitcher to put a drink in. And, extremely cheap utensils. Made cooking a challenge.
