The Palms of Destin 1216 is a gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center is filled with plenty of amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation.

This is located on the second floor.

The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary seasonal beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, a heated pool, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. For dining options, there’s an on-site restaurant, coffeehouse, and a poolside bar. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

The coastally themed condo offers an open concept living and dining area as well as a secluded private balcony on the exterior of the East Tower. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a wall mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen and living room has been tastefully decorated with actual photography of the Destin Area.

This condo features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a nearby full bathroom with a tub shower combination. Both bedrooms feature wall mounted TV’s and balcony access.

This Destin vacation rental is professionally managed by Compass Resorts.

Cozy beach themed apartment with two king bedrooms across highway 98 from the public beach. Great location, only people I would recommend skip it are those with mobility issues; the property is large and all parking is in garage on one side of it, so there is a bit of a walk (inside) to get to rooms.
