KEY FEATURES:

2 Bedrooms: The spacious master bedroom offers a King-size bed & en-suite . Perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day at the beach. You can watch your fav shows on the flat screen TV or simply relax and unwind. The room also features a dresser and closet so there’s ample storage space, providing you with room to unpack and settle in.
The second bedroom offers 2 comfortable queen-sized beds with a TV, dresser & closet. Having Three separate sleeping areas for our guests ensures a bit a privacy and space for everyone.
-Kitchen: The newly remodeled kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the comfort of your own space. A drip coffee maker is included for your morning brew. (We do supply coffee). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances. the kitchen features granite counter tops that extend to the large prep-island. The dining area includes a table for 6 that opens up to the living room.
-Living area: Spacious living room with seating for everyone in your group. It provides a comfy landing spot to watch TV or play board games. With a new Queen-size sleeper sofa, guests can be assured this is a proper bed to get a good night’s sleep. You’ll also enjoy a lovely view of the sunset from the patio here!
-2 Bathrooms: The master bathroom features a double vanity providing ample space for all your toiletries and getting ready needs. The shower/tub combo is equipped with a starter supply of toiletries. This includes shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels for your convenience. The second full bathroom has a shower and vanity, and is adjacent to the second bedroom.
-Balcony: The outdoor balcony offers a cozy space to catch the breathtaking view of the sunset and the weekly (Thursdays) firework display in the summer. This is also THE SPOT to view the 4th of July fireworks. The balcony is equipped with seating and a small table, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink & meal.

Wi-Fi, cable, streaming TV all provided

-Once you stay in a beach property WITH a compact Washer & Dryer IN the unit you will not go back to lugging home wet clothes after your vacation! We also provide a LARGE washer & dryer on the 5th floor of the building, free for our guests. This is great for doing a large load of laundry or washing beach towels during a long stay. We provide detergent for a few loads - several store nearby to replenish that.

This is a laid-back beach community where you can spend your days at the ocean, heated pool, tennis /pickleball courts then have a relaxing dinner grilling at the Pavilion, listening to live music (in the summer) with other guests. Beach vacations don’t get any easier than this!


Jetty East is a gated building with 24 hour security and onsite parking for 2 cars for this condo.
Beach/Pool: Beach chairs are available for daily rent on the beach March-Oct. There will be signs from the beach service company with the rates. I provide 2 chairs and an umbrella IN the condo for my guests to take to the beach. Pool is open 8am-10pm. The pool is heated year round as is the hot tub. Hosts are not responsibe if the pool is unavailable for any reason. Lounge chairs around the pool are for any guests of the building

-Please note: we reserve the right to allow maintenance into the condo for any serious (water, electrical, safety) issues, or mandatory building services (pest control).

We do not refund for rain or inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Please refer to the cancellation policy if your plans change for any reason, we follow our policy. Highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE. Jetty East Condominiums is a gated community with 24 hour security.

We loved staying near the jetty! The view of the pass was amazing for watching boats during the day and the sunset in the evening. We snorkeled at Noriego Point nearby and loved it! I was thankful for the backpack beach chairs available on the patio. The entire complex is older, but our unit was well kept. We enjoyed our stay and Samantha was great. Don’t miss the fireworks on Thursdays at 9.

Perfect Destin vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in Destin! The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and the host communicated regularly. The complex is perfectly located away from the most crowded areas but only minutes away from anything you’d need while on vacation. The private beach area was amazing and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back!

The 4 day stay was enjoyed, weather didnt cooperate,but we did get in some sun and swim time. Jetty East is dated for sure with lots of vacationers, crowed pool area, etc.. I was spoiled having my own Condo at Harbor Landing with mostly full time residents and having the pool to ourselves, etc..

Perfect location

Everything was perfect! Location was so nice, steps away from the beach. Samantha’s place was great, just as described. The condo had everything we needed and more! Beach toys for my granddaughter and extra beach chairs! Beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The umbrella/chair service included was a HUGE plus! We would definitely stay at this exact location again. The sunset view was so beautiful.

The location was perfect.

We were hoping to check in a bit earlier but didn’t happen that way. But the location couldn’t been any better then we imagined. This is the area you would want to be in Destin. How close to the beach and the area was very safe. The beach was a 10. It was perfect. Thank you Samantha.

5 stars! A-Game Host!

Property was just like pics. Great spot for a girls' getaway. Everything was great, from check-in to cleanliness, to easy check-out procedures. We LOVED the huge pool and nearby clean restrooms and the beach service that was included. The host answered questions so quickly and kept in communication with helpful tips. The pavilion was a great spot too to get out of the sun for a minute but still enjoy the beach breeze. We definitely plan to return. Great trip! Thank you Samantha!

Awesome Stay!!

I very much enjoyed every moment of this stay experience. The Property Manager was extremely helpful. She sent a guide before we arrived, so we were also able to plan our activities before we arrived. The condo was very clean and came with great amenities...AND the beach is literally a few steps away! We left all of our cleaning supplies as a small gift for the next guests. Hopefully, they will enjoy this experience as much as we did. I also washed most of the towels (missed one by accident) and bathroom rugs...hopefully, that'll make housekeeping's job a little bit easier. We tried to leave it as close as possible to how we found it.

Very satisfied with our stay.

There were three of us in our party. All over 70. The unit was very comfortable and well maintained. Great location. Right on a beautiful beach. Nicely equipped kitchen. Matched dishes, glasses, silver ware, etc. Furniture was tasteful solid and in like new condition. Nice covered deck with view of a pond and the harbor. Good for bird watching. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. The weather was too cold for swimming but the pool looked nice. Everything was as described on line and met or exceeded our expectations. The cost was very reasonable. The host was friendly, responsive and proactive in making sure our needs were met. I would definitely rebook if we have plans to travel to Destin in the future.

Beachy Getaway

We had the absolute best time! The property was beautiful! Sunrises on the beach were top-notch. We love love loved the pool and hot tub. Far cry from Ohio! Samantha, the host was amazing and kept in constant contact and answered any questions we had. We even extended our stay one extra day with a super seamless process. The condo was gorgeous, and I absolutely loved the decor. The Sunset view from the patio was incredible. Plenty of room for six of us to comfortably hang out. We had plenty of towels and provided supplies needed to get through our five days there. And shopping and restaurants were so close. Everything was very convenient. I will definitely be booking again with Samantha for our next Destin adventure!

Kids loved the beach as well as the heated pool. Had a great view of the fireworks on New Years Eve from our balcony! Great locations, close to everything, beautiful views.

A wonderful experience

We have been vacationing at Jetty East for years. Samantha was by far the nicest host we have ever worked with. Her condo was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Our daughter loved the second bedroom and the beach toys provided. We had absolutely no issues. 10/10 will definitely stay again!
