The property and the people running were awesome. The experience was the best. The place had all the amenities it described in the text and the place looked even better in person then seen in the pictures. Tiki bar pool spa area lead right to beach. Love the set up. Take your families there for vacation. Perfect for kids. Take your wife there for the honeymoon. Perfect for that too. The place was beautiful. An experience I’ll never forget!

Our last name was misspelled in their system. So after a 12 hour drive and of course payment we was told it was our problem not theirs. A 20 minute argument later we was given our room and the remainder of our stay was great.

The sheets was not change . To sleep on the bed I have to buy my own sheets to stay in a hotel for four days I do not address the issue because I don’t need no issues on my vacation. It is what it is.

Awesome Experience!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I wish we would have known to rent our beach chairs sooner. That tip on the website would be helpful to know that it was an additional fee and can be paid ahead of time. Definitely plant to return to Pelican Beach Resort soon!

This was our first time staying at this property, and we will most definitely be back! Easy check-in, clean, conveniently located, great views of the beach, and plenty of amenities. They even have a little cafe on site and tiki bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. We were able to walk directly to the water park and Alvin’s Island across the street if we wanted any additional entertainment or shopping. Thanks for the great stay, Pelican Beach Resort!

Staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving a conflict that developed concerning the original booking period. Our room had a fantastic view of the Gulf. But far too many people. Building is massive and existing elevators can’t handle crowds that were present.

We had a great stay, the couple drawbacks we encountered were 1. We weren't allowed to have all 6 of our grandkids visit for a beach day. They live nearby but since our unit was only for up to 6 people, we were only allowed 4 additional people so they didnt come at all. 2. The entrance to the resort needs to be opened up a bit, we almost missed it a couple times. 3. The Café was nice but they need to clean up the tables inside/outside more often. I had to wash our table off before we could eat at it. All in all it was a nice stay, good central location and that beach! Cant beat it!!
