Pelican Beachfront with Amazing Ocean Views

As soon as you enter our 8th floor beachfront condo, you will unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The unit has an updated kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with updated bathrooms, new flooring, new furniture, smart TV's and decor.

We offer 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests. Smart TV's have cable channels and provide access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. We have free high speed WiFi.

Kitchen: Upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Lost of storage and counter space. Full set of brand new and high-quality stainless steel appliances and a duo coffee machine that includes coffee pot for multiple and coffee pod for single use (as seen in the pictures). Chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, and more. Don't forget the wonderful view of the gulf. Please bring your own coffee, filters, coffee pods, salt/pepper and spices.

Living Room: 55 inch smart TV with cable channels, access to hulu/netflix/amazon prime, etc. (using your own log in), brand new flooring, new furniture and decor.

Dining table seats 4, bar stools seat 4 additional.

Balcony: Very comfortable patio furniture to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. Be on the lookout to see the dolphins! Enjoy the beautiful sunset with wine/beer in the evenings.

Bedroom: 42 inch smart TV, black out curtains, tasteful decor and lots of storage for your needs.

We also have a pack-n-play/travel crib available for use. The dimensions are 40*30*28 inches.

Bathrooms: Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower. Both baths have updated vanities and ample storage space. We provide hand, face and body towels. Please be aware that there's no daily maid service.

Beach: We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests. During March-October there is a beach service at the Pelican Private Beach and beach vendor does not allow chairs/umbrella in front of their rental chairs. For guests that prefer 1st or 2nd row seats, we provide their contact information, so you may reserve seats in advance.

Laundry: We provide a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs. No need to leave your condo or look for change to do laundry!

Parking: The resort has covered and uncovered parking available for free. There's no assigned parking. Max 2 parking passes available to use.

Gate: The resort has a security guard controlled gate. Access is controlled by the parking pass provided by the front desk.

Lockers: There are suitcase rental lockers on the 3rd floor near the main elevators to store suitcases and belongings before check-in or after check-out.

Complimentary welcome package: We provide a startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash sets in each bathroom along with hand soaps, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few garbage bags, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided.

Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal resort located in the heart of Destin directly on the beach. There's no road to cross to get to the beach. Resort is a few minutes away from many shops, restaurants, amusement parks and bars. We have a print out in the unit that has information on where to eat, where to shop and what to do in the area.

This resort is the prime family destination of the Destin area offering the following:

* private beach, seasonal beach service (paid), beach side Tiki Bar (closed during Nov-Feb),
* on site security with a guarded gate, 24/7 front desk,

We love our furry friends but per the resort rules PETS are not allowed (no matter how small).

This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.

Please be informed that during low season, resorts and unit owners take on maintenance and renovation projects, which may be noisy at times and may make some amenities unavailable/limited at times. This is not unique to our unit, this is applicable to all units in beach vacation spots.

Access: Your door code and more arrival information will be emailed 5 days before your check-in date. Please make sure to have an email address in your booking. There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.

Please stop at the reception to register (where they check the age requirements), get a parking pass and resort bracelets (during March-October) and sign off on the rules and regulations for the Resort.

Please note that maximum of 6 people can register per unit, parking pass should be visible in your vehicle and resort bracelets should be worn to use the amenities.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort, register at the front desk and get your parking pass and pool bracelets and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo.

We give privacy and space for our guests but are only a phone call away. Please message/call for any questions/requests. We operate the rental ourselves as a family so you will get individual attention from us.
