Two spacious private balconies invite you to soak in the Florida sunshine, offering serenity and peace overlooking the water. As you look over the balconies you may catch yourself naming the precious families of turtles and ducks that swim by to personally greet you. You are welcome to bring your dogs, for they too will be in awe.



Whether you’re visiting Destin for the first time or returning your favorite destination, we look forward to welcoming you to your own slice of paradise along the Emerald Coast. Take a quick 5-6 minutes to stroll to the beach and then feel the sugar-white sand beneath your feet, if you haven't experienced our sand - no shoes required, soft crystals between your toes, with the backdrop of crystal-clear waters filtering the sand. If you miss the amazing sunrise, you still can be blessed with the picturesque watercolors of the sunset. After a day of sun and sand, unwind in one of the two swimming pools, both locations have additional wading pools. For those seeking activity, and to burn off some excess energy, tennis and pickleball courts are available to keep you moving - we provide pickleball paddles and balls.



This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, split-level townhome offers ample space and privacy for your entire group—accommodating up to eight guests. Enjoy the comfort of no overhead noise, as the only footsteps you’ll hear are your own.



The upper-level kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your day with your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The kitchen provides room for cooking with the ability to converse with those in the open dining and living area. The dining area seats six to eight guests but if you prefer to dine alfresco the outdoor patio dining table comfortably seats six. Charcoal grills are throughout the community with one conveniently located just steps away in the green space. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.



The upper-level living room features a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating area, including a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat—perfect for relaxing evenings. Step through the sliding glass doors onto a private balcony complete with a dining table for six and two Adirondack chairs and ottomans to shift the weight off your feet, all overlooking the tranquil lake and surrounding palm trees.



On the lower level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy direct access to a private balcony featuring a porch swing, lounge chairs, and a table—ideal for quiet mornings or evening relaxation. The guest bedroom, also on the lower level, offers two full beds, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, closet an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



Two complimentary parking passes are included: one assigned space directly outside the unit and additional unassigned spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.



For fishing enthusiasts, Destin—known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”—boasts one of the largest fishing fleets in Florida. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, all within walking distance.



On a final note, the condo is a self-check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.



The unit is pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
