  • Sunshine, charm, and relaxation aren't the only things you'll find it this newly (2021) remodeled paradise condo. Everything in the home has been replaced fresh and new to add to your beach getaway. From the back patio you are only steps from the Southside pools, or a few more steps to put your toes in the sand.

    Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers 300ft of Private Beach for guests staying at Southbay by the Gulf. The property features 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. We also have shuffle board and community grilling areas throughout the property. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

    This townhome (unit 72) is steps from the beachside pool and approximately 75 yards to the beach from your back patio. This unit has been completely renovated to the highest standards making it one of the premier units on property.
