The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. An upgraded kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room, complete with a full-sized washer and dryer set, is centrally located just off the main living area.

The master suite has a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, private access to the north balcony, which beachfront balcony, and a spacious private bathroom.
