Fourth Floor: All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Sterling Shores is a smoke-free environment, with smoking prohibited in all common areas, balconies, pool areas, and the private beach.

*The beachfront community pool is typically heated during winter months at the discretion of the HOA.

Notice: Ongoing exterior improvements will take place through late November 2025. This project includes painting and additional building construction. While unit access will not be affected, guests can expect the presence of crews, equipment, and temporary restrictions on patios, balconies, and select common areas. Special discounted rates are in place during this time to reflect the impact of these improvements.

Great view

I gave this condo 5 stars because it was very nice. The view was spectacular.As far as the cleanliness..the sheets were not clean. I had to wash all bedding. A few of the pillows need to be replaced, lots of stains on the them.The water in the bathroom sinks did not drain properly.The Keurig coffee pot would not work at times. Everything else was good. They supplied us with plenty of towels. No fault on the owners part for the sheets not being clean.Owner’s might want to address this with their cleaning service. Just wanted to address all issues.Even though there were some very minor things, I would give this condo Five Stars. Sterling Shores property is beautiful and very well kept, I would give them Five Stars as well.The beach and the weather were fantastic.The pools were awesome and very clean. We loved this gated community. My family and I would definitely stay at Sterling Shores again.
