Chill in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room or take a dip in the newly-renovated outdoor or indoor pools (indoor pool heated seasonally). Maintain your workout regime in the exercise facility and enjoy complimentary DVD rentals while lounging in your unit. Explore the lobby gift shop for mementos and keepsakes  SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the perfect destination for your personal and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1516 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. There is no bad seat in this open-concept living/dining unit with expansive views from virtually everywhere! Settle in on the ultra-comfy couch or loveseat in the living room and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Prepare meals in the fully-stocked kitchen with loads of cabinet and counter space so everyone can help out. Take in pristine views from the private balcony directly overlooking the gulf and accessible from the living room or the master suite. Enjoy peaceful slumber either on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, home to a wide variety of culinary traditions, nightly entertainment, and incredible views. Check out Harry T’s and Margaritaville for fresh, local cuisine, tropical drinks, and good times!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, and the splash pad.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
